HUNT FOR SUNKEN TREASURE
AUGUST 1^st, 2008 THROUGH AUGUST 31^st, 2008

RULES

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Must be a member of the Gold Exchange Club.
• Membership in the Gold Exchange Club is Free
• The Promotion will run from August 1st, 2008 to August 31st, 2008. During the month of August the Gold Rush will have random Hot Seat Drawings every Friday, Saturday and Sunday for player's playing with their Gold Exchange Club Cards. These players will choose one of 18 treasure chests per weekend from the display at the VIP Desk. The Gold Rush will also have entry ticket-barrel drawings every Friday, Saturday and Sunday to find participants in the Sunken Treasure Chest Promotion finale to be held on Sunday August 31st, 2008.

• Drawings will take place at the Gold Rush Hotel and Casino in the front of "A" room.
• Players will start earning entries for the weekend drawings on July 28th, 2008.
• The Casino Host will draw names from the entry barrel until a winner is found; participants must be present to win. There will be a total of 12 drawings (1 every Saturday and Sunday in August); on the last Sunday (8-31-08) the final 3 finalists will be chosen from the entry barrel.
• Participants will be called over the PA system and the patron management system will be checked to see if the guest is playing in the casino. The participant will have (3) three minutes to respond to the drawing area to claim their invitation for the finale' on August 31st, 2008. The allowed time to respond will be monitored on a countdown clock at the drawing area.
• The winners will be chosen from all entries received up to the time of the drawings and no entries will be allowed to be placed into the barrel after the drawings have begun.
• After a winner has been found entries will again be allowed to be placed into the barrel.
• There will be a maximum of 12 players invited back to the August 31st finale event. If after the last drawing on August 31st, the Gold Rush does not have 12 players for the finale' drawing we will draw names by random computer selection (IGT Advantage) until we fill the remaining spots.
• Winners will receive an invitation to return for the finale' on August 31st, 2008.
• Participants may only win (1) one time during the promotion.
• ALL WINNERS/INVITEES MUST BE CHECKED IN AT THE VIP BOOTH BY 6PM ON AUGUST 31st, 2008 OR THEY WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE PROMOTION AND ADDITIONAL NAMES WILL BE CALLED.
• On or before the day of the event (August 31st, 2008) two members of the marketing department will load all of the Treasure Chests with the cash vouchers. Two separate members of the marketing department or security will then transport the Treasure Chests to the front of the casino and place them in the tank and randomly place numbered tags (1-12) on the cases, no one will have knowledge of what amounts are in the chests.
• Between 8pm and 9pm all participants will be called to the front entrance area of the Gold Rush Hotel and Casino. Each participant will reach into the drawing barrel and draw out an envelope containing a number from 1 -12. The number drawn will correspond to one of the numbered Treasure Chests that contain differing amounts of cash. After all winners have drawn their number, we will call them in numerical pull up their sunken treasure chest.
• Grand Prize will be $5000.00 cash, all other awards are varying amounts of cash.
• All winners will complete a Non-Gaming Prize form.
• Hot Seat Drawings
• The casino Host/Hostess will randomly select a winner from the IGT Advantage system.
• Winners will be announced over the casinos PA system and will meet the Host Hostess at the front of the casino to claim their prize.
• The Hot Seat Drawing Chests will contain varying amounts of cash and other prizes.
• There will be a total of 90 Hot Seat Winners from August 1st through August 31st, 2008. There will be 6 drawings every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in August.

• Players' Club Members may receive one Free Entry per day by asking at the VIP desk. Those who are not members may receive one Free entry when they sign up in the Players' Club.
• Additional entries are earned for:
• One entry will be given for every 500 points earned in one gaming day.
• One entry for every 1 hour played on a table game.
• Table Games Player's need to be a member of the Gold Exchange Club in order to receive entries and participate in the promotion.
• Entries received through promotional mailers.
• A player may only win one HOT SEAT drawing and ONE finalist invitation during this promotion.
• Management reserves the right to cancel, extend or alter this promotion without prior notice.
• Southwest Casino Corporate employees and their families and the Gold Rush and Gold Digger's casino employees, their live-in Family members or significant others are not eligible to participate.
• The Gold Rush Casino/Gold Digger's Casino will not deduct payouts from AGP.
